To book online with, please use the Find an Appointment tab below and follow ALL of the steps required. Because "No Shows" and late cancellations has become an increasing problem, billing information is now REQUIRED when booking online, sorry for any inconvenience. When prompted, it is best to click on the "Reminders & Notifications" button, this will send you an automated email showing your appointment, date, time, and other useful information to insure your appointment has been booked correctly. The email also makes it easy to add to your calendar. Your information is NEVER shared! To book multiple appointments, just repeat the steps listed above.
We realize that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life, but in our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and ourselves, the following policies are to be honored:
4 Hour advanced notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If for any reason you are unable to give a 4 hour advanced notice you will be charged a 25% fee of your service total. No shows will be charged 100%. Your credit card on file will be charged, or an invoice will be sent to you for fee payment and must be paid before any future appointments. Repeat offenders will be asked to pay in advance or will not be allowed to schedule at all
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to wait, time permitting, reschedule, or the length of your service may be shortened, but the cost of the service will remain the same. If you arrive for your appointment later that 10 minutes, you will be considered a no show and the afore mentioned fee will apply.
Please recognize that small businesses like Heber Beauty Studios should be respected, especially since the time you are scheduling is reserved exclusively for you. These policies are in place so that we can maintain our existence by continuing to provide affordable, high quality products and services to our wonderful, supportive clients. Children are ONLY permitted in the studio when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and for comfort and relaxation of other guests, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.
Prior to any service, please notify therapist of any health issues or allergies that may be a contraindication to the service(s) that your are receiving. Please reschedule your appointment(s) if you are feeling sick so that we can maintain the health and wellbeing of ourselves and other guests.
